Practice Areas » Trucking injury law / Wisconsin and Minnesota

Hannula & Halom is especially qualified to help professional truckers. When truckers get injured--we know what to do. First, our firm has three decades of experience helping injured workers, both on and off the job. Second, we are located in the twin-port cities of Duluth, Minnesota/Superior, Wisconsin.

Auto Accident Attorneys Our hometown is a major transportation center for the upper Mid-west. Over the years we have helped many injured workers in the transportation industry--professional truckers, as well as longshoreman, dockworkers and railroad workers. We have helped professional truckers with both workers compensation claims and third party personal injury claims. Many workers compensation injuries for truckers involve other vehicles or defective equipment that give the injured trucker an additional and separate claim for his personal injuries. We have experience in helping professional truckers through this complex process.
